CRAWFORD COUNTY AIRPORT BOARD AND AIR TERMINAL
The county board of commissioners of Crawford county, Michigan, created the Crawford county airport board, as an arm of the commission, for the purpose of overseeing and managing a new general aviation facility called the Crawford County Air Terminal, located at the Grayling army airfield, Grayling, Michigan.
The General Aviation side of the Grayling Army Airfield includes the Crawford County Air Terminal, long-term hangars, a tie down area along with a fuel farm with 100LL and Jet A fuel available. The GA site is an unmanned site. Questions regarding the GA should be directed to the Crawford County Administrator. Questions regarding the airport should be directed to the tower.
The navigation links at above left will take you to further information on the airport board, including its bylaws, meeting schedule, and meeting minutes, and also to the website for the air terminal, which includes information useful to pilots for planning a flight here, and also links to local area information.
